The plan will be to be in the gym tomorrow. However, based on conditions in the morning…that may change. 

Weightlifting

A. Deadlift: 3 reps @ 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%
Complete 4-6 warm up sets so you are good to go come time for that 70% lift.

Conditioning

B. In 4 min x 3 sets

15 STO (115, 80)
12 Chest to bar pull ups
9 thrusters (115, 80)
