Bear with this week. Programming may or may not be posted as we work with and around our flooring situation. It may also be posted and then changed the morning of. The unknown and unknowable! We certainly don’t want to be dropping a bunch of weights directly on the concrete floor with no mats down. Let’s come in with positive attitudes and know we will still be getting a great workout. (Looking for a win? Probably no snatches!!! Probably.)
