Hey all!
I am so excited to step into this new role as owner of CFND with my wife, Marielle. It has been awesome to be a part of this community for the last five years and watch some of you grow since the beginning and some that have just joined and are wondering, “what exactly is an EMOM again???.” What makes this place great is the melting pot that we have become of so many athletes with so many goals and backgrounds – yet each day we come in and work together, as a community, to get through that day’s workout. PR’s are phenomenal, gold stars are great – but moving towards health and fitness over the course of our lives is even better. Can’t wait to help you all, with our tremendous coaches, help you to continue to move towards a lifetime of health. If you have questions or concerns do not hesitate to talk them through with me.
