    Positioning felt good today. Focused more on keeping the bar close and having a better bar path

    B) didn’t do.

    C) 6+4

    UB front squats. Broke last 3 sets of ring dips (5/2, 4/3, 4/2/1)

    Head wasn’t in this one. Lots a rest between reps and multiple trips on the rope. Had a few TnG reps but for the most part was doing singles
