I hear this often as people start to ask about our programs. We are here to create programs that you show up, work alongside of group of others and put the work in. One of our qualified coaches will be there to walk you through the day’s warmup, workout and cooldown.
Our goal is to set you up and take away the unknowns of accomplishing your goals in the group setting by:
- Utilizing InBody scans to give body composition metrics on a quarterly basis through goal reviews
- Have a well thought out program design that builds strength and aerobic capacity
- Have a registered dietitian on staff to help guide you through your nutrition to provide the best result for you
When you utilize these pieces to their full capacity you will build a lifetime of health.
What our group classes look like:
- 1 hour long
- Led by a knowledgable coach through a well designed daily program
- Workout with some people looking to improve their health too!
- Have you leave and know that was the best hour of your day
Our classes are accessible and inclusive where our experienced coaches will work and guide you through the workout of that particular day.
Class options:
- CrossFit – a mix of strength and conditioning utilizing barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cyclical equipment and gymnastics movement patterns
- CardioFit – emphasis on conditioning
- Lifestyle Lift – for those that are new to exercise and looking to have a starting point for cardiovascular health and strength development
- Olympic Lifting – focus on executing the snatch and clean and jerk
