Owner
Marc Pitts
Marc has always enjoyed movement, sport and competition. He was an all-state athlete in high school and at first, enjoyed workouts for their competition. As he got older (and maybe wiser) he has found a deeper passion in motivating and coaching kids, teens, and adults as well as applying athlete understanding & movement analytics to build effective programming. Marc takes tremendous pride in improving his knowledge and understanding of fitness to pass along to the athletes at Never Doubt. Prior to his full-time role as coach at CFND, Marc was a news & sports videographer, sports reporter, and Family Ministries Pastor. When he’s not at the gym, he is on a mission to see every MLB stadium with his brother.

Coach
Amanda Zacchilli
Always an avid runner, Amanda came the Never Doubt looking for something different. Always the competitor, not just with others but with herself, she embraced the group classes as a place “to toss out energy and clear the mind.” The fun and variety of the movement patterns continued to challenge her, feeding her desire for continual improvement.
Three years into being a part of Never Doubt as a member her urge to help others improve and grow kept tugging at her. She began to study on her own and in 2021 she joined the staff as a coach. She currently runs the kids program, coaches adult classes and works individually with clients on mobility with the goal of helping awesome people live healthier, happier and higher quality lives!
When not spending time in the gym you will find her immersed in family life with her husband and two kids.

Dietitian/Coach
Jess Tucker
After having her third child Jess wanted to find a fitness program that she could stick with. She knew about CrossFit but was pretty intimidated at even the thought of it. After deciding to take the step and walk into Never Doubt she met another mom who was part of the class and that eased the nerves. She hasn’t stopped since. Jess loves the balance of fitness in the gym, exploring the outdoors with her family and helping others reach their nutrition goals. Her favorite CrossFit movements are cleans and burpees. When she’s not in the gym she loves being on the track watching her husband race motocross.

Coach
Joanie Mitchell
Joanie has an athletic background, having participated in everything from kenpo karate to yoga and volleyball over the years. She was tired of her same gym routine and hadn’t been seeing results, so she let her nieces talk her into trying Crossfit. The coaching and variety in workouts were what sold Joanie. After 3+ years of Crossfitting, Joanie is still excited and motivated to learn new things. Joanie has owned a business with her husband for over 30 years and is mother to three daughters. Her favorite PeakFitness class is one with multiple varied movements that hit all body parts and give her a cardio kick. Joanie’s favorite part of coaching is seeing the accomplishment and excitement in athletes when they push past their comfort zone. When she’s not in the gym, Joanie enjoys time with her grandson and sitting on the dock of her lake home.

Coach
John Iannitelli
John found CrossFit on the recommendation of one of his teammates. John has always been an athlete, but loved CrossFit after just one workout. John raced sprint cars for 10 years, swam competitively at a national level, and played 4 years of semi pro football. John really enjoys seeing the athletes he coaches succeed after working hard to achieve new athletic goals. He is married to his high school sweetheart and has two daughters. John’s favorite CrossFit movements are cleans and muscle ups and when he’s not in the gym, he enjoys golfing, skating, skiing, and playing football.

Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner
Marielle Pitts
From very early on it seemed clear that Marielle would end up in the medical field. Her father was a doctor and her mother a nurse practitioner (working in the same practice!) It seemed fitting that she would dive right into helping people as a profession. Out of college she married Marc (fun fact: they “went out” in middle school) and became a neonatal nurse. After having two kids she went back to school to become a Nurse Practitioner (walking her graduation nine months pregnant with her third). For the past 10 years Marielle has been a Nurse Practitioner working with adult and geriatric populations. The longer she practiced the more discouraged she became by the traditional health care system – not being able to spend enough time with patients and treating them with quick fixes instead of getting to the root cause of their illnesses. Marielle found Functional Medicine which provides an approach to help patients with chronic illnesses by delving into the root causes for sickness, treating patients with a diet and lifestyle first approach. Add on the benefits of exercise and she has grown her impact to helping patients to a lifetime of wellness.
A collegiate long jumper she has continued to challenge herself competing in CrossFit while balancing the schedules of her 3 kids schedules.

Coach
Sue Bouvier
After working the front desk at Gold’s Gym for many years, Sue was looking for a new challenge. Her husband at the time had started CrossFit and the curiosity of “why does he go to this place so much” kept roaming in her head. Sue stepped foot in the CrossFit gym herself and, since 2013, hasn’t looked back! Having always had a foot in sports from soccer to gymnastics to cheerleading, she loved the feeling of accomplishing something and the workouts she experienced gave her that same feeling. Being a teacher for the past 18 years, Sue has always had a passion in helping her students finally get a skill or help them see success. That certainly carries over as a coach where she gets to help, teach, correct and encourage athletes to have those “ah ha” moments. When she’s not at the gym or classroom she spends most of her time with her two kids watching them participate in ALL of the sports that they enjoy and spending time with friends at her beach house in Narragansett.
