Switch between lateral and forward shoulder raises each rep

Single arm situp to press (right side)

Single arm situp to press (left side)

Strength

A. Bench Press – 5-3-2-2-2, Rest 2:00 between sets

B. Renegade Row x6/6, rest :90

C. Tricep Rollback to press x10, rest :60

D. Horizontal Ring Row 3×8-10 OR Single arm ring pull x5/5

E. 3 Way banded tricep extensions x50 at each position
