1st: Hang Power Clean x2

2nd: 3-5 Ring dips/muscle ups/handstand push ups

Conditioning

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

B. 5 rounds: 15 Hang Power Clean (95/65), 10 burpees, 15/12 cal bike, rest 3:00 (should be no drop off and need to push your pace)
Hang power cleans should be unbroken, bike pace should be pushed. Be uncomfortable
