10 squats (alternate full rounds)

30 Power Snatch (75/55) – divide however
How this will work: as a team you will run 1 mile (split every 200m) then you will do 6 rounds of the pull ups, push ups and squats (P1 does one round then P2 does one rounds…3 rounds each). After that is finished you will split up 30 power snatch however you would like. If you finish that then you will go back to the run.
